Welcome to Pringle Bay House
Pringle Bay House is a rustic spacious beachfront house situated in Susan Road.
The house is just a footstep away from the beach overlooking False Bay.
As you enter the house you will be blown away by the spectacular views of Cape Point and the ocean.
The house has a large open plan living area leading onto the terrace with a built in braai, pizza oven and outdoor living area.
The Main en-suite bedroom is upstairs with ocean views and the other three bedrooms are downstairs leading onto the garden. The house has a viewing turret for a sundowner or a little nest for an afternoon rest.
The Flatlet joined to the house has a permanent guest but your privacy is respected.
Your pets are very welcome.
Wifi and DSTV are provided.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a bar fridge, a 6 plate gas hob, electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a double sink.
